Port Moresby is the capital city of PNG and also the International Airport. Qantas Airways, Airlines PNG and Air Niugini have daily flights from Australia to Port Moresby. There are also weekly flights from Nadi, Fiji, Honiara, Solomon Islands, Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo. Check with your local travel agent for flight details and fares from your country of departure.
From Port Moresby there is daily service to Gurney airport in Alotau , Milne Bay Province.

Once in Alotau, guests will be picked up and escorted to Tawali resort by bus and boat. Reaching Tawali takes about a hour and fifteen minutes by bus and boat transport.

A visa is required for entry to PNG and 30 day visas are issued upon arrival at the airport in Port Moresby and cost 100 Kina or approximately $35 US.

Visas must be paid in Kina at the customs area currency exchange.

Longer visas are available through PNG embassies.
